Solving Puppy Problems
Welcome to Solving Puppy Problems
This is an exciting time for your household, but the arrival of your new puppy brings great responsibility and commitment.
Before you know it you’ll start encountering a variety of common puppy problems – your puppy will dig, chew, bark, whine and go potty whenever it is least convenient. These behaviors can turn into real problems if you do not start training your puppy from an early age.
Your guidance and leadership now will determine what path your puppy takes and the dog they will eventually become.
There’s much for you to do and even more for your puppy to learn. Solving puppy problems such as puppy house training, crate training, potty/toilet training, socialization skills, leash training and basic obedience need to be addressed from the very start when your puppy is most receptive to new experiences.
By learning how to train your puppy now, you will take advantage of a crucial time for influencing their future character, temperament and behavioral traits. The more you expose your puppy to new experiences now (i.e. children, other dogs and animals, people, cars etc), the earlier your puppy will be able to adapt.
Love them and provide them with some direction and boundaries to follow as it is much easier to guide your puppy along the right path now rather than attempting to battle with established behaviors later on.
At Solving Puppy Problems we pride ourselves on promoting responsible dog ownership through positive training methods. We find basing our puppy training sessions upon positive reinforcement (i.e. encouragement, praise and rewards) much more effective in obedience training our puppies.
By using the techniques promoted on our site, you will find that your puppy will eagerly look forward to their training sessions and their confidence will grow with each lesson.
